About PAMS

Meet Our Principal

I have had the privilege of serving the Pinellas Academy of Math and Science Community for ten years. I began my journey at Pinellas Academy of Math and Science as a classroom teacher, Response to Intervention Coordinator, and the chairperson of multiple leadership committees. During this time, I was recognized by the school leadership team for my dedication, excellence as an instructional leader, and commitment to supporting and developing students’ learning across all domains. As Assistant Principal, I cultivated a trusting, supportive school community we call the “PAMS Family.” My educational philosophy denotes a commitment to excellence, a focus on family engagement, a passion for S.T.E.A.M. Education, and the belief that every student can learn and reach their full potential. As an educational leader, I believe in life-long learning, and regularly attend trainings and national conferences to further my pedagogy. I am excited to continue supporting and leading the Pinellas Academy of Math and Science for years to come.

The mission of Pinellas Academy of Math and Science is to provide students with a well-rounded elementary and middle-school education, through a challenging program, focused on mathematics and science using innovative, reform-based instructional methods in a stimulating and nurturing environment that fosters maximum student achievement.
